Set executor status in Estate Suite

  1. Open Probate and review all named executors.
  2. Set each person to one status only.
  3. Confirm at least one person is marked as applying now.
  4. Upload supporting correspondence in Documents where status is not straightforward.
  5. Recheck status choices before submission.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Leaving all executors as non-applying
  • Applying both power reserved and renounced logic to the same person
  • Not storing evidence for contested or unusual decisions
